for HIGH-ACHIEVING ADHD WOMEN

You Built Him.

Who's Building You?

You give it all away hoping one day they’ll see you.

Your time. Your talent. Your energy. Your focus.

You write his business plan. His mother’s birthday card.

And for what?

For a loving glance as you unwrap the vacuum cleaner he bought you for your anniversary.

Small, dry, tasteless crumbs. Served with a grunt and the wet side of the bed.

And you lie there empty and wonder what’s wrong with you.

You blame your ADHD. You hope tomorrow’s different.

It never is. And it won’t be. Until you are.

It has a name. It has a mechanism. And it has four steps out.

In ninety minutes you’ll have it all.

What You'll Learn In This Masterclass

You're the most capable person in every room, running everybody's life but your own, and terrified of disappointing anyone.

Let's change that, sister.

Jasmine I., sitting on a bench by the water

Hosted by Jasmine I.

ADHD expert, recovered KingMaker. Master Coach. 23 Years of experience with over 400+ success stories.

  1. What Kingmaker Syndrome is. Not a character flaw, not a personality trait. A survival strategy installed before you could read, and the reason you're still building everyone else's life instead of your own.

  2. The identity shift that turns your ADHD from the thing working against you into the advantage that's actually built for running your own life.

  3. How to say no. Without the guilt, disappointment or replaying it for the next three days. And still get what you want.

  4. The four-step D.A.R.E. framework I've used with 400+ ADHD women to end the Kingmaking for good, and you'll walk out with all four.

  5. What's on the other side when you stop KingMaking. Not crumbs. Real money, real love, real peace. A life with your name on it.

Who The Masterclass Is For

This is for you if...

  • You’ve been searching for the fix for years. Different meds, another therapist, that yoga retreat in the jungle. Nothing works.
  • You’re the glue holding everyone and everything together, and you’ve done it so long you think it’s your personality.
  • You’re carrying the department on your back and you’re still getting talked over in meetings by men with half your qualifications and a tenth of your brilliance.
  • Your life looks great on paper, and you’ve been performing being fine so long you can’t remember who’s underneath.
  • You can’t say no. Not to him, not to your mother, not to the client who’s already had three extensions.
  • Even on the mornings you wake up knowing what you want, you’ve talked yourself out of it before the coffee’s poured.

This isn’t for you if...

  • You want to be told you’re right. I’ll tell you the truth instead, and some of it will be uncomfortable.
  • You’re looking for a productivity fix. This isn’t about your inbox, your time blindness, or a better system. It’s about what’s underneath all of them.
  • You’d rather keep the story. You can stay the woman it happened to, or you can change what happens next. Not both.
  • You want the outcome and not the work. Everything I teach asks you to face the thing you’ve spent decades avoiding.

You’ve done the therapy, read the books, done the work. And you’re still awake at 2:07am with a bag of Doritos, scrolling for the job that’ll finally see you.

That’s not your ADHD.

You’ve been building the wrong empire.

This is where you start building your own.

I didn’t get a diagnosis, I got a reputation. I was the one everybody leaned on, and I was very good at it.

For nineteen years I built a multi-million dollar real estate empire with my husband’s name on it. I put in my talent, my energy, my skills, my labour, my vision, my thirties and most of my forties.

I thought it was love. It was bondage with a wedding ring on it.

In the divorce I settled for two thirds less than what was mine, because I wanted to keep the peace. The truth is I was terrified of being the bad guy. I was anyway.

Four years later I met a man who I thought was the man of my dreams. I planned our wedding while he fucked his way around the world. He never married me. I stayed anyway, because at fifty I couldn’t face giving up seven years and starting again.

Being alone at my age felt like a death sentence. Loneliness wrapped in wrinkles, saggy tits and a dry hooch.

Two months after I found the balls to leave, he rang me from Brazil, from a sex workshop, with another woman. He wanted my advice.

So I did what I did best. I became the pole he leaned on. I sat on my kitchen counter and gave it to him for forty-five minutes, the way I always had.

Then I put the phone down, slid onto the floor, and stayed there for three days.

On the third day I heard myself say: Are you going to give it all up for HIM? Get the fuck up.

So I stood up.

I looked in the mirror and I cried at the woman I saw. Thin hair. Brown teeth. Skin, sin, and bones. Eyes so dim and full of pain that I wept for what I’d failed to see all those years. Myself.

What I did next is all it takes. It’s the small thing that makes the big change happen. I showered, called a friend, and went out for breakfast. That’s it. The whole shebang. A shower and an order of eggs benny, with a woman across the table who’d been there herself.

Fifty-one years old with nothing left but me, and for once I knew that was all I needed.

So I did for myself what I’d spent my whole life doing for them. I built my empire of self. That’s what I’m teaching you.

Fast forward to today. I own a house. I have a business I love. My health. A social life. Real relationships with my kids. Money in the bank that’s mine to do with as I please.

And the priceless part? The thing money can’t buy? I can look myself in the eye now and I love who and what I see.

Here’s the thing nobody told me. I’ve had ADHD all along and it was never working against me. It was doing exactly what it always does, amplifying whoever I believed I was.

For twenty-six years I believed I was somebody’s servant, so it turned that all the way up. Now it’s got the memo. It’s amplifying me.

I’m not managing it and I’m not medicating it into silence. I’m using it.

Four hundred women so far, and counting. Come and be next.
